Privacy
You don’t need an account to use RunCalc. Calculators run in your browser and we don’t sell your data. Read more in our privacy policy.
How we review requests
RunCalc is currently focused on running and endurance decisions, so reports about pace, race prediction, marathon planning, training zones, fueling, hydration, recovery, mechanics, treadmill conversion, running power, and shoe mileage get priority. We also prioritize issues that affect calculator accuracy, mobile usability, accessibility, privacy, or pages used for race-day planning.
For formula questions, include the source or coaching model you expected us to use. For UX issues, include your device, browser, screen size if known, and whether the result was hard to read, copy, print, or save. For content quality issues, tell us whether the problem is unclear wording, outdated assumptions, missing caveats, or a claim that should be softened.
